From “I Do” to Tiny Toes

There are moments in this journey as a photographer that stop me in my tracks and remind me exactly why I do what I do.

I recently had the absolute honor of photographing the newborn session for the son of my very first wedding clients. Let that sink in for a moment. I met this couple at the beginning of their forever, capturing their wedding day – the laughter, the tears, the nervous excitement, the deep love. And now, here we are, years later, welcoming a brand new chapter in their story with the arrival of their baby boy.

It's hard to put into words how full my heart feels. Being invited back into a family's life, time and time again, is not something I take lightly. It's a privilege to witness these milestones – not just to document them, but to feel the emotional weight of them. To go from capturing vows to watching those same hands gently hold their newborn… it's magical.

Moments like these remind me that photography isn’t just about pretty pictures. It’s about legacy. It's about creating tangible memories for people as they grow, evolve, and love deeper than they ever thought possible.
